Using a personalized bija mantra—provided by a qualified instructor and silently repeated in the mind—this technique guides you beyond thoughts, calming the body into a profound state of deep rest.
Learn In Four Days
Vedic Meditation is taught in-person over four 90-minute sessions across four consecutive days in the greater Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. On the first day, you’ll receive your personal bija mantra in a private one-on-one ceremony and begin meditating. Over the next three days, you’ll master the practice’s simple mechanics, explore the nature of thoughts and their role in meditation, and discover how to integrate expanded awareness into your daily life. Empower Yourself for Life
After completing the four-day course, you’ll be fully equipped to practice Vedic Meditation independently, on your own terms.
